San Diego and Seaside Volleyball Club offers local programs for players in 5th-12th grade. Players will learn fundamental volleyball skills, such as passing, setting, hitting, serving, and rotations. Our experienced coaches will offer opportunities to learn and practice multiple positions and play with different teammates throughout the season.
Players are grouped by skill level and compete in tournaments as well as practice. Seasons run for several weeks ranging in 3-5 tournaments per season, but players may join at any time, as space permits.

SDVBC Spring Local Programs
This program runs January through May. Available for 12's and HS. This program is designed for players of all skill levels - no tryouts necessary!

Seaside Boys Late Spring Workouts
- These workouts are available for 14's & HS boys.
- A great way to stay in shape and refine skill!

SAN DIEGO VBC LOCAL TOURNAMENTS: TEAM REGISTRATION
San Diego & Seaside VBC is the host site for local tournaments throughout the year to provide competition that is low cost, convenient and most importantly: fun.
Various divisions are offered within a 12's, 14's, and High School age brackets. Teams are seeded by skill level to create the best competitive atmosphere for athletes to test their skills and thrive.

Seaside VBC Local Tournaments: Team Registration
Teams are seeded by skill level to create the best competitive atmosphere for athletes to test their skills and thrive.
Teams can sign up individually or in groups as a club. There is no requirement to sign up for every tournament in a session - pick dates that fit your schedule!
All tournaments are held at San Diego & Seaside Volleyball Club.
